چکیده

We present the analysis of baryonic and non-baryonic matter distributions in a sample of eleven nearby clusters (0.03 < z < 0.09) with temperatures between 4.4 and 9.4 keV. These galaxy clusters have been studied in detail using X-ray data and global physical properties have been determined. Correlations between these quantities have been analysed and compared with the results for distant clusters. We found an interesting dependence between the relative gas extent (expressed as the ratio of gas mass fractions at r500 and 0.5×r500) and the total cluster mass. The extent of the gas relative to the extent of the dark matter tends to be larger in less massive clusters. This dependence might give us some hints about non-gravitational processes in clusters.

Formation of Large Structures in the Acceleration Universe with a Hybrid Expansion Law

In the current paper, we have studied the effect of dark energy on for-mation where dark energy exists in the background. For this purpose, we used both WMAP9 and Planck data to study how the radius changes with redshift in these mod-els. We used different data sets to fix the cosmological parameters to obtain a solution for a spherical region under collapse. The mechanism of structure formation f...

Evaluation of New MOND Interpolating Function with Rotation Curves of Galaxies

The rotation curves of a sample of 46 low- and high-surface brightness galaxies are considered in the context of Milgrom's modi_ed dynamics (MOND) to test a new interpolating function proposed by Zhao et al. (2010) [1] and compare with the results of simple interpolating function. The predicted rotation curves are calculated from the total baryonic matter based on the B-band surface photometry,...

Distribution of dark and baryonic matter in clusters of galaxies

We present the analysis of baryonic and non-baryonic matter distribution in a sample of ten nearby clusters (0.03 < z < 0.09) with temperatures between 4.7 and 9.4 keV. These galaxy clusters are studied in detail using X-ray data and global physical properties are determined. Correlations between these quantities are analysed and compared with the results for distant clusters. We find an intere...

baryonic matter distribution in the large-scale structures is one of the main questions in cosmology. This distribution can provide valuable information regarding  the processes of galaxy formation and evolution. On the other hand, the missing baryon problem is still under debate. One of the most important cosmological structures for studying the rate and  the distribution of the baryons is gal...

MOND and the fundamental plane of elliptical galaxies

It is shown that the MOdified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND) explains the tilt of the fundamental plane of elliptical galaxies without the need of non-baryonic dark matter. Results found for elliptical galaxies extends to globular clusters and galaxy clusters, showing that MOND agrees with observations over 7 order of magnitude in acceleration.
